Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years experience in business process reengineering or statistics data analysis.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Outlook.
  • Advanced experience with MS SharePoint and MS Access.
  • Experience with change management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business processes and workflows, making practical recommendations for improvements and assisting with implementation and validation.
  • Conduct comparative process assessments across locations to identify standardization opportunities and knowledge transfer.
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze process metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Complete projects requiring data mining, analysis, and presentation.
  • Develop dashboards to track remediation of issues.
  • Travel domestically (and potentially internationally) to attend workshops and shadow facility inspections.
