Job summary

Plymouth Tube in Hopkinsville, KY is seeking a hands-on Operator to set up, operate, change over and troubleshoot Cold Draw processes. You will actively participate in a team environment to maximize production efficiencies and deliver zero-defect, high-quality product.

You will follow safety, environmental, and quality standards, perform routine inspections, manage work orders, and support problem-solving teams to improve performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Forklift certification and Crane certification required.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Rockwell software.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, change over and troubleshoot Cold Draw processes.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Participate in problem-solving teams and kaizen events to improve performance.
• Use visual management to manage area objectives and safety.
• Load, unload, and inspect parts according to drawings; assist in inspections.
