Responsibilities

• Oversees rendering process from raw material bin to finished goods storage.
• Maintain steady flow of material to cooker and monitor cooker temperature.
• Control evaporation rate and flow of material to presses and storage.
• Monitor control panels, gauges, and the process; troubleshoot as needed.
• Operate pollution and wastewater control systems; ensure safety compliance.
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Keep work area clean after each shift and report issues to manager.
