Primient is seeking a Process Operator in Dayton, OH to operate a highly automated plant system and support a range of manufacturing duties. The role requires attention to safety and the ability to work on a team while lifting up to 55 lbs as needed.

You will follow SOPs, log activities, and communicate with production staff. The position offers rotating shifts in a 365/24/7 facility with opportunities for skill-based advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical labor and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Comfort with working in 365/24/7 plant environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs and PM task instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor a highly automated process system.
• Follow safety rules and identify potential hazards.
• Maintain logs and communicate job status to the team.
• Assist I&E technicians and mechanics as required.
