Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Process Operator at our Systech Paulding, OH facility to unload, blend and process hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials into usable fuel, with minimal supervision.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year in heavy manufacturing, and a strong safety focus. You will operate forklifts and other equipment, follow procedures, and maintain a clean, compliant work area. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work outside and in process buildings with exposure to heat, cold, dust and noise.
• Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Unloads and processes material following procedures; proficient with forklift or mobile equipment.
• Adheres to safety policies and waste handling permits.
• Performs routine maintenance on designated equipment as requested.
• Keeps work area clean and organized; able to operate heavy equipment as needed.
• Supports site emergencies or production priorities and works overtime when required.
