Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HAZWOPER certification or firefighting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload drums and containers from trucks; store hazardous waste materials.
• Prioritize health and safety by following policies and standard procedures.
• Weigh and break down large containers for processing.
• Inspect and position drums on conveyors; manage bucket transfers.
• Operate forklift to retrieve drums and containers; use conveyors and computer systems.
• Transport trailers and tankers for slag and ash collection.
• Pumps liquids and transfers material using centrifugal pumps.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform basic housekeeping.
• Take on additional duties to support the team and organization.
