Qualifications

• Willingness to work in hot/cold, noisy environments
• Adhere to PPE and safety policies
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Rotating shifts and overtime availability
• Team player with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Forklift experience is a plus; certification may be required

Responsibilities

• Operate mechanized equipment safely and within specifications
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and resolve equipment issues
• Monitor operations via control room interfaces and computer systems
• Sample, test, and inspect materials and products
• Handle and pack materials into bags, totes, drums, or sacks
• Fill tanks and transfer product as needed
• Perform physically demanding tasks and assist cross-functional teams
• Learn and support cross-functional roles
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA regulations
