Mars in Elizabethtown, PA is seeking a Process Machine Operator to ensure efficient production, perform machine changeovers, run quality checks, and support CIP. Role involves collaborating with Production Coordinators and Maintenance to uphold standards.

Shifts rotate with a 4-shift schedule; 12-hour weekend shifts; starting pay is $25.40/hour with a $1.50 shift premium and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Prolonged standing and ascent to heights may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient using laptops, iPads, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Email, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational efficiency, conformance to standards, product quality and drive continuous improvement.
• Operate, monitor, and perform changeovers on machinery.
• Train and assist other associates as needed, supporting Production Coordinators and the Maintenance team.
• Conduct temperature checks, CCP and OPRP checks daily.
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks and keep detailed logbooks.
