Schneider Electric in Lincoln, USA, is seeking a Process Operator to tend automated and semi-automated production equipment. You will rotate among stations, operate multiple machines (AMI/ANDI/HOM AMI), perform on-line repairs, and assist with packing lines.

Strong reading, math, and English communication are essential. Responsibilities include ensuring part quality, following procedures, and maintaining safety and efficiency during an 8-hour shift with routine line rotations.

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma required.
• Ability to meet production requirements and maintain required part quality.
• Ability to use measuring instruments.
• Ability to read, understand and follow procedures for inspecting breakers.
• Ability to communicate including verbal and written English.
• Ability to work safely, communicate effectively with supervisors and technical personnel, use good judgment, and work well around others.
• Ability to cope with stressful situations, follow policies and procedures, solve problems, and maintain full commitment to the task.
• Ability to utilize good time management skills and multitask without constant supervision.
• Constant standing and walking for up to an eight (8) hour shift.

Responsabilités

• Tend one or more machines and move product line on a daily basis in a machine-paced environment.
• Operate and rotate tasks across workstations during shifts (e.g., On-Line Repair, Auditor, Repair).
• Run machines (AMI, ANDI, HOM AMI) and perform on-line repair and packing tasks across Lines A, B & C.
