The role requires flexibility to work 12-hour shifts on a 3-on/3-off schedule, with day and night rotations, overtime as needed, and compliance with safety and GMP standards. Training others and basic maintenance duties are included.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a rotating 3 on/3 off schedule.
• Capable of operating machine tools, chemical processing, and packaging equipment.
• Maintain GMP-compliant work environment and keep production records.
• Able to learn all aspects of process operation and train others.
