Job summary

Electrical and mechanical skills help you perform instrument checks, valve operations, and routine maintenance in a fast-paced plant environment. The role requires a High School diploma with preferred AAS in Process Technology and strong communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; chemical plant ops experience helpful.
• AAS degree in Process Technology preferred; ongoing training may be provided.
• Strong communication and mechanical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety as the highest priority and follow INEOS safety policies.
• Operate process equipment via DCS to meet production goals.
• Monitor readings, adjust valves, and feed materials as required.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance and coordinate with engineers on procedures.
• Conduct inspections for leaks, hazards, and instrument readings.
• Complete required training and participate in safety briefings.
• Oversee truck loading and railcar handling per procedures.
• Maintain logs of operations, readings, and interventions.
