Job summary

Agri-Mark is seeking a regular, full-time Machine Operator for our dairy dryer operation, including dryer, evaporator and RO systems. The position runs on the First shift (7am-3pm) with wage starting at $29.29/hr and potential raises every six months for 24 months.

Job description

Our dairy cooperative is seeking a regular, full-time Machine Operator for our dryer operation (includes dryer, evaporator and RO) on the First shift (7am-3pm) who will provide proper pasteurization of products following state and federal regulations. The operator will comply with precise quality standards for cream, skim and condensed specifications, understand the process of the RO, separation of milk, and all related equipment including evaporator and dryer, and will engage in cross‑training to support business needs. Schedule flexibility, willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and shift rotation as required is expected; at times overtime, weekend work, holiday work, and shift rotation will be mandatory.

Starting wage: $29.29/hr. Pay range: $29.29–$31.14/hr. This position also offers eligibility for wage increases every 6 months for the first 24 months of employment.
