Job summary

PSC Group is seeking a Process Operator to join our team in Huntsville, TX. In this role, you will operate chemical production units to manufacture resins and catalysts, maintain plant operations, run PMs and safety inspections, and keep accurate logs and inventories.

You will support shipments, run routine lab tests, and help update SOPs while participating in daily safety and operations meetings. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, dependable, and comfortable working on-site with a strong

Qualifications

• May require a valid Driver's License and / or a valid TWIC card
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Speak, write, read fluent English
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical production units and supporting equipment to manufacture resins and catalysts
• Maintain reliable plant operations by properly operating all plant equipment and completing Preventative Maintenance work orders and safety equipment inspections
• Maintain accurate production unit logs, production batch work orders, time sheets, and inventory records
• Assist with the preparation of shipments and receiving chemicals or supplies
• Perform routine laboratory tests on process samples as needed
• Assist in the review, creation, and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Participate in daily Shift Team meetings to review any EHS items, Quality, maintenance activities, and the production schedule
• May be assigned additional duties to support overall site needs and business growth plans
