PSC Group is hiring a Chemical Loading Operator in Louisiana for a full-time, on-site position. You will operate routine production machinery, measure parts to spec, and maintain logs while following safety rules. Qualifications

• Experience is a plus but not required; paid on-the-job training is available.
• May require a valid Driver’s License and/or a valid TWIC card.
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical and background check.
• Wear all required PPE and pass medical exams.
• Speak, write and read fluent English.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality are required.
• Previous military experience is a plus and may help follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operates routine production machinery according to prints and specifications.
• Performs routine activities to meet required part quantities within specs.
• Measures finished parts with precision tools for quality compliance.
• Maintains logs and records of units produced.
• Reports errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
• Inspects equipment before use and performs basic maintenance.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area and follows safety rules.
• Completes other duties as assigned to finish the job.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operates mostly routine production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications provided.
• Performs mostly routine activities that produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
• Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic requirements.
• Maintains logs and records of units produced.
• Reports any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
• Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs mostly basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Follows safety regulations.
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job

Job Qualifications:

• Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on-the-job training is available
• May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams

Work Schedule:

8 - 12 Hour Day Shift (Some weekends required)
