Shift/Hours:12 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends when travelling

Pay Rate:$25 to $35/hr, DOE

Location:Alvin, TX with Domestic and International Travel required

Experience:2+ years in process operations or equivalent

Job Summary
PrideStaff is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Process Operator to support field operations for one of our great clients. This role requires a significant amount of travel (up to 80%) to client sites domestically and internationally, where the Process Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of chemical processing equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety protocols, and the ability to work independently while adhering to established procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment safely and efficiently at client sites.
• Set up equipment, perform routine checks, and basic maintenance.
• Collect samples, conduct basic quality tests, and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate process records and assist with material handling.
• Collaborate with client personnel and provide best in class service

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma/GED plus Associate's Degree in process technology required.
• DISA Background Check Clearance REQUIRED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• Ability to understand process diagrams and troubleshoot issues.
• Experience in operations of amine/glycol systems is highly preferred as well.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently/in a team.
• Possession or able to obtain/maintain a Passport and TWIC Card
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 80%.
