Job summary

McKee Foods is seeking a Process Mechanic to join our Maintenance team in Stuarts Draft, VA. The role supports all equipment in the manufacturing process, with a focus on installation, maintenance and reliable operation of plant machinery.

Expect 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.) onsite, with a competitive wage of $32.83-$38.29 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Thorough pneumatics and mechanical understanding required.
Technical maintenance training completed.
Able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment.
Ability to read mechanical blueprints/drawings.
Accurate measuring skills.
Must furnish personal tools per the Process Mechanic tool list.
Experience with Lean and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment for the manufacturing process.
Perform related duties as needed.
