Drug Plastics Group is looking for a Process Mechanic in Pennsylvania who will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting extrusion and injection molding machines. Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong skills in set-up and repair in the plastics industry strongly preferred.
• Broad theoretical knowledge and mechanical experience in hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical.
• Vision must be correctable to 20-20 to read necessary materials and identify product defects.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and troubleshoot blow molding machines and support equipment.
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on machines.
• Assist in Quality Control and Sorting Room operations as outlined.

Skills

Set-up and repair skills in plastics

Mechanical experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Mathematical skills for shop calculations

Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints

Effective communication skills

Education

Industrial Maintenance degree or certificate

1 to 2 years of mechanical experience

Tools

Basic mechanic hand tools
