Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Process Manager for diffusion/implant with strong leadership to build and guide the ID1 PVD/CVD process engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the ID1 PVD/CVD process engineering teams, including hiring, onboarding, and development

• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across global organizations
• Experience presenting technical topics to senior leaders or large audiences
• Good understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn Agentic AI to help developed efficient workflow.
