Job summary

Micron Boise is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to build and lead the ID1 PVD/CVD process engineering teams, shaping strategy and driving manufacturing alignment in a $15B investment in semiconductor production.

You will partner across functions, hire and develop team members, and promote safety while delivering results on high-volume manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering field.
• Senior Engineer level or higher with prior people leadership experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct films experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving results across complex projects.
• Strong technical communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building and scaling new teams or manufacturing areas
• Background supporting high-volume manufacturing ramp or fab start-up
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across global organizations
• Experience presenting technical topics to senior leaders or large audiences
• Good understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn Agentic AI to help developed efficient workflow.
