Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Process Maintenance Technician to join the Process team in Nevada. The role focuses on maintenance and repair of processing equipment within a safe, high-performing environment.

Ideal candidates will have mills, gearboxes and pumps experience, strong safety compliance, and the ability to work rotating shifts; you will join a collaborative, dynamic team with opportunities across Nevada Gold Mines.

Qualifications

• Millwright experience in mining or industrial fields preferred.
• Knowledge of computer operation preferred.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision required.
• Ability to recognize hazards and stay alert.
• Proven safe work record and courageous leadership.
• Able to join a growing, fast-paced team.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Able to work rotating nights and days.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of processing equipment per manufacturer requirements.
• Maintain and repair Ball and SAG mills, gear boxes, agitators, pumps, crushers and conveyors.
• Contribute to maintenance on crushers, screens, and related processing equipment.
