Job summary

Simplot, a diverse global food and agriculture company, seeks a Process Maintenance Supervisor in its GF Plant – Othello. You will lead maintenance in process areas to maximize efficiency, while maintaining safety, quality, and reliable operations.

The role requires willingness to work nights/weekends and a valid driver license. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience, with potato processing knowledge and strong mechanical aptitude guiding daily decisions and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Potato processing experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities in process areas to maximize operating efficiency.
• Maintain process equipment to support reliability and productivity.
• Drive continuous equipment improvements and minimize downtime.
• Ensure plant safety, cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Provide technical services to comply with safety, quality, sanitation and environmental standards.
