Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Process Maintenance Frontline Supervisor at the Goldstrike operation to oversee, support, and develop the process operations crew, driving safe, productive performance on site.

The role requires supervising and mentoring operators, updating training records, and coordinating with the site team. SAP tasks (OTL, MSS, work orders) are a key part of daily duties while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years process operations experience required.
• Ability to supervise numerous employees at once.
• Ability to facilitate crew lineouts, safety meetings, etc.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures and to hold fellow employees/contractors accountable.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, support, and professionally develop process operations crew.
• Provide training and mentoring for operators.
• Develop a safe, productive, and high-performing crew while working with the site team and enterprise.
• Conduct individual employee evaluations.
• Update employee training records and status upgrades.
• Establish and refine operating strategies and procedures to optimize equipment use.
• Perform SAP medium-user duties: OTL entry/approval, MSS, work requests/orders, LMS.
