Position: Machine Operator 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines safely, adhering to safety protocols.
• Check scrap sheets hourly and monitor machine performance.
• Maintain proper temperature and bath levels in tanks.
• Ensure work area cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience as a Machine Operator or relevant product knowledge.
• Tow motor experience is a plus.

Training: SDS sheets, safety policies, and orientation as needed.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25-40 pounds regularly.

Additional Requirements: Basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, self-motivated, flexible to work before/after shifts including weekends.
