Job summary

Romac Industries, Inc. is seeking a Process Machine Operator I to join our manufacturing team in Sultan, WA. This role handles first-level process machine operations, with training and support as needed.

The position follows a M-Th schedule with a potential training shift during the onboarding month. Ideal candidates are team players with basic math and measurement skills, and comfortable using basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn loading and unloading of subcomponents using material handling tools.
• Inspect subcomponents for proper materials, dimensions and finishes.
• Keep up with production schedules and physical job demands.

About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for first level of process machine operations. Hours

Mon – Thurs 4:00 am – 2:30 pm (*train one month M-Th 5am - 3:30pm)

What You’ll Do

• Follow work instructions, drawings, established quality standards, and established safety protocols.


• Must meet defined production expectations for an inexperienced operator.


• Learn to differentiate between the different sizes of subcomponents and finished products and their various types of compounds and finishes.


• Learn how to load and unload subcomponents using material handling tools and equipment.


• Inspect each subcomponent for proper materials, dimensions, and finishes to meet quality standards.


• Keep up with company work schedule expectations and the physical demands of the job.

What You’ll Bring

Base Compensation Range

$22.25 - $28.61

Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performancce.
