Ingersoll Rand Bentleyville Facility in Charleroi, PA is seeking a Process Lead - Assembler/Disassembler to own the complete disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly and testing of blowers and rotating equipment. The role requires a strong mechanical background, ability to diagnose issues, and precise measurement using inspection tools.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with rotating equipment and industrial machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and repair manuals.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble blowers and rotating equipment using approved methods.
• Inspect, document, and organize components during teardown.
• Reassemble equipment per drawings, manuals, specs and work instructions.
• Perform bearing installation, seal replacement, shaft alignment and related precision assembly.
