Ingredion Incorporated in Bedford Park, IL is seeking a Process Lead to supervise daily manufacturing operations, coach frontline employees, and coordinate across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Shipping to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

You will drive continuous improvement, promote standard work, and lead root cause analysis to resolve issues, while fostering a collaborative environment and supporting operator development for future growth in manufacturing

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Monitor process performance and elevate issues appropriately when needed.
• Support operator development through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.

Th e Process Le ad supports the daily operation of a manufacturing area by providing leadership, coaching, and coordination across production and support teams.

This role works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Shipping, and other cross-functional partners to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient operations while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Experience in supervisory, leadership, team lead, or coordinator roles.

Pay Range:

$84,400.00-$112,533.33 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
