Job summary

KYOCERA SLD LASER INC is looking for an MTS Process Integration Engineer in Fremont, CA. This position requires collaboration with R&D, ensuring the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for high-quality laser products.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in an optoelectronic company, along with strong capabilities in dataset analysis and Gallium Nitride processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in an optoelectronic company focused on laser technologies.
• Strong dataset process analysis skills using software such as JMP or Python.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D to translate design requirements into manufacturable processes.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes ensuring quality standards.
• Conduct analysis of fabricated devices to ensure performance criteria are met.
