Koch Companies seeks a Senior Process Integration Engineer in Fremont, CA to lead process design and development for cutting-edge Optical Circuit Switch products. Qualifications

• Master's degree in physical science or engineering with optical orientation.
• 5+ years of optical process development experience.
• Hands-on fiber-optic system integration, calibration, and testing.
• Experience with optical adhesives, solders, etc.
• Familiar with opto-mechanical design concepts.
• Proficient with measurement instruments (power meters, OSA, oscilloscopes).
• Experience in DOE and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Familiar with NPI processes and data analysis using Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design and development for Optical Circuit Switch (OCS) products with senior engineers.
• Own process development for final assembly and system-level integration of OCS products.
• Drive calibration and test of process development with testing engineering teams.
• Partner with reliability engineering for QA and reliability testing.
• Continuously improve OCS process platform for performance, yield, and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians and peers in R&D.
• Develop and maintain process documentation following ISO standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities through ECO procedures.
