Qualifications

• Background in semiconductor processing (lithography, etching, polishing, device physics).
• Experience with DOE concepts and statistical data analysis tools (MATLAB/JMP/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute experiments to characterize processes.
• Develop materials and equipment to meet reliability and manufacturability requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies with product and module teams.
• Leverage big data analysis to identify process design weaknesses or tool issues.
• Lead new product qualifications and transfers to high-volume manufacturing.
• Collaborate with development teams and material suppliers to align with roadmaps.
• Organize and present process solutions to engineering teams to address requests.
