Job description

Our client in Lititz, PA is seeking an in-process Inspector on 1st shift to join their team!

We take pride in staffing for this company because it is military-based operations.

This position is also temp-to-hire with opportunities for growth and excellent benefits once hired.

Pay range: $19-22/hr

What will you be doing?

• Inspect company products (electronics) at various stages of manufacturing and monitor compliance with the company’s quality policy. Document acceptance and rework of non-conforming material during manufacturing.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to understand quality requirements.
• Inspect products (cables, circuit cards, assemblies, systems, etc.) for compliance with industry standards, military specifications, and customer drawings. Perform first-piece inspections as needed.
• Utilize microscopes, test equipment, and measuring tools for inspections. May require working with microscopes for extended periods.
  Verify documentation.
  Collaborate with Quality Engineers on disposition of non-conforming material and defect trend analysis.
  Complete defect documentation in company software platforms.
