The Process Improvement Specialist supports the Debit Disputes team through a combination of training, coaching, process improvement, and procedure management activities. This role serves as a subject matter expert responsible for onboarding and training new team members, developing and delivering training materials, and helping ensure employees have the knowledge and resources needed to be successful. The position also identifies opportunities to improve departmental processes, supports ongoing coaching and development efforts, and partners with leaders to maintain accurate procedures and documentation. The individual will primarily support the debit disputes area while also learning specialty areas to provide cross-functional training and operational support as needed. This role collaborates closely with department managers, business line leaders, and operational teams to drive consistency, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. This role requires working from one of the posted locations three (3) or more days per week with Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm CST schedule preferred.

Pay Range: $55,760.00 - $65,600.00
