We’re looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join our Corporate Engineering Laboratory team. In this role, you’ll drive process improvement across our R&D Engineering Lab - standardizing work instructions, capturing data through test templates, improving data integration, and applying Lean skill sets to eliminate bottlenecks that impact On Time Delivery (OTD) to our customers. You’ll work closely with the Lab Manager and Technical Leads to build schedules, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives that support our yearly R&D goals. This is an opportunity to become a subject matter expert across a full suite of Lean disciplines and directly shape how our engineering lab runs.
