Victaulic is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician / PER Technician at its World Headquarters in Easton, PA. You will support PER lab evaluations and first piece approvals while ensuring products meet high standards of quality and reliability.
You will work with Quality and Application Engineering to investigate failure modes, manage data analysis, and assist with various quality systems, including CCD, PER, ISIR, and DocuSign, in a global footprint.

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Technician / PER Technician to join our Corporate Quality Assurance team at our World Headquarters in Easton, PA. In this role, you’ll support the initiatives of the Global Quality Assurance Group — from Product Evaluation Request (PER) lab evaluations to first piece approvals — helping ensure Victaulic products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You’ll work closely with Quality and Application Engineering to investigate complex failure modes and keep our core quality systems running smoothly. This is an opportunity to build hands‑on technical expertise while directly supporting product quality across a 125-country global footprint, with a relocation package offered to help you make the move.
Associate technical degree or equivalent technical experience. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with hands‑on technical experience. Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities. Proficiency with electronic systems and software, including Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Self‑motivation and a desire to excel in a fast‑paced, changing work environment.
Knowledge of the Victaulic product line. Fundamental knowledge of technical drawing interpretation.
