Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years' business or customer-facing experience in customer service, sales or systems support.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intranet/internet.
• Ability to travel up to 25% including overnight.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong problem solving, process improvement and communication skills.
• Experience using SAP.
