• 1 Year proven track record of leading process transformation initiatives in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Translate optimized processes into functional specifications for new tools.
• Work with product teams on process requirements.
• Conduct an end-to-end review of selected business processes.
• Engage stakeholders to gather insights on process pain points.
• Document 'As-Is' workflows using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
