1 Year proven track record of leading process transformation initiatives in large organizations.
Responsibilities
Translate optimized processes into functional specifications for new tools.
Work with product teams on process requirements.
Conduct an end-to-end review of selected business processes.
Engage stakeholders to gather insights on process pain points.
Document 'As-Is' workflows using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
