Qualificações

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business/related field through 2027 or later.
• Willing to work in Oshkosh, WI or Michigan location (placement depends on team).
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with workflow analysis and process documentation across Aftermarket functions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or improve existing processes and tools.
• Support development of standardized documentation and communication tools.
• Gather and analyze data to understand where processes can be streamlined.
• Collaborate with team members across functions to understand current workflows.
• Participate in meetings to collect information and verify process details.
• Create visual process maps or workflow documentation to support improvement efforts.
• Propose recommendations for process changes based on analysis and input.
• All other duties or projects as assigned.
