Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to implement new technologies and drive process improvements across manufacturing sites. You will lead projects, develop standards, and validate new processes while collaborating with engineering, QA and operations to optimize efficiency and quality.

You will apply Six Sigma tools, manage change control, and coordinate with global teams to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a scientific field.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar manufacturing role.
• Experience in project management preferred.
• Experience in polymer chemistry or rubber technology preferred.
• Experience in Compression or Injection Molding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate process improvements in quality, service, HSE and cost within approved processes.
• Provide expertise in process engineering and support site operations.
• Develop project plans and ensure conformance to budgets and schedules.
• Lead validation concepts and roll-out of automation and new technologies.
• Perform gap analyses to global standards and harmonize best practices site-wide.
• Collaborate with R&D/QA/Sales and shop-floor production on new products.
