Job summary
Flowserve is seeking a Process Engineer at the Springville Plant to lead Continuous Improvement Projects and advance process engineering initiatives. You will partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and site leadership to identify opportunities and implement sustainable improvements.
The role emphasizes data-driven analytics, KPI dashboards, and CAPEX/automation project management to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical).
- Proven ability in lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive improvements.
- Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills with plant leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead CIP, Lean/OPEX, 6S and daily-management initiatives to improve throughput and reduce quality errors.
- Develop and maintain operational analytics, dashboards and KPI reports for site leadership.
- Identify bottlenecks, implement data-driven improvements with production and engineering teams.
- Manage CAPEX and automation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
