Job summary

Caliber is seeking a Process Improvement professional for its CSCS TX service center. The role focuses on optimizing center operations, designing and upgrading processes, and deploying data-driven improvements to boost efficiency and profitability.

Improvements will involve SOP creation, cross-functional collaboration with IT, procurement, and training teams, and leadership of capital projects for capacity expansion. A strong problem-solving mindset and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2-5 years of experience evaluating, optimizing and designing processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability for center operations.
• Analyze current processes, identify areas for optimization, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with strategic accounts, IT, procurement, training and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of process enhancements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure operational consistency.
• Lead or support capital projects related to process improvements, equipment upgrades, and capacity expansion.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor KPIs and drive data-based decision-making across entire center portfolio.
• Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions.
