Key Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement initiatives from initial concept through implementation, with a focus on improving plant efficiency, reliability, and overall performance.
• Conduct process evaluations, technical studies, and plant trials to identify opportunities for optimization and support the development of new projects.
• Partner with plant teams to help achieve safety, quality, production, cost, and efficiency objectives, while maintaining a strong focus on safe operations.
• Work closely with internal departments and external engineering resources, contractors, and equipment suppliers to develop and execute process and capital improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (No other degree will be considered)
• Minimum of 2 + years of experience
• Background working in operations or projects
• Familiarity with Process Safety Management
• No visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Salary: up to $120,000 depending on experience level
