Job summary

LHH is seeking a Process Improvement Coordinator for a leading food manufacturing client in Uvalde, Texas. The role focuses on accurate data collection, disciplined execution within a defined project scope, and timely communication of progress and findings.

You will work independently, manage priorities with limited supervision, and collaborate with operations and support teams to deliver results while maintaining safety standards.

Job description

We’re looking for Process Improvement Coordinator , to join a leading client in Uvalde, TX 78801. The Process Improvement Coordinator will support a focused, temporary improvement project in a food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for accurate data collection, disciplined execution within a clearly defined project scope, and timely communication of findings and progress. The ideal candidate can work independently, manage assigned priorities with limited supervision, and partner effectively with operations and support teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, Good Manufacturing Practices, or related plant protocols.
• Experience collecting production data or supporting process improvement projects.
