Position Overview

As a Process Improvement Consultant Sr. within PNC's C&IB Process Improvement organization.

This is a remote position that must sit within the PNC footprint. Certain job responsibilities may require in-person, in-office activities on a regular basis.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage process design, improvement, and consulting with business leaders to solve complex problems, improve efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  2. Partner with business leaders to analyze processes, lead root cause analysis, and implement process changes.
  3. Lead efforts to improve quality and minimize process costs using data analysis and process modeling.
  4. Assess risks associated with current and proposed processes, ensuring alignment with risk appetite and management frameworks.
  5. Redesign complex, cross-functional projects, developing end-to-end solutions involving operations and systems.
  6. Engage with Technology, Change Management, Risk, and Compliance teams to meet project objectives.
  7. Conduct analysis to identify, quantify, and prioritize value creation; present business cases and cost-benefit analyses to senior leadership.
  8. Support smooth implementation of new processes and sustain or improve output quality; mentor teams and leverage relationships for continuous improvement.
  9. Lead development of no-code/low-code applications in SharePoint using PowerAutomate and PowerApps.
  10. Coach peers and teams in business problem analysis, project management routines, and process improvement tools.
