Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Business Process Analyst (BPA) to analyze, document, and improve agency business processes in a hybrid Oklahoma City setting. You will apply Lean Six Sigma methods to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and develop sustainable improvements while producing SOPs, process maps, and analytical reports.

The role requires 3–5 years in business analysis, strong communication, and proficiency with Office tools; Power BI experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Experience in state government, healthcare, finance, or similar service-related field.
• MBA or MHA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis through interviews, workflow reviews, and data analysis.
• Develop and maintain current-state and future-state process maps and SOPs.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and related methodologies to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Develop practical, data-informed recommendations to improve efficiency and standardization.
• Support implementation, change management, and sustainment activities.
