The team balances production delivery with product development and regulatory compliance to drive reliable, high‑quality outputs.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain and improve product documentation and data integrity (BOMs, specifications) in PLEX and support SOP/OPL accuracy and accessibility on SharePoint.
  • Provide timely, risk‑based recommendations (release/scrap/rework) for hold items and record resolutions in PLEX to protect product quality and customer commitments.
  • Manage lab equipment calibration and 6S standards in the R&D lab to ensure reliable test results and a safe, organized workspace.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to investigate customer complaints, lead root cause analyses, document corrective actions in PLEX, and close issues with clear preventive actions.
  • Evaluate incoming raw materials against specifications, document results, and enable early invoice processing when contractual discounts apply.
  • Train and coach plant personnel on updated product quality procedures and support maintenance of training logs with the Quality Manager.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of relevant experience in quality, process improvement, operations, or laboratory testing.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment or laboratory testing setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to document procedures and data and to communicate technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Comfortable using common business systems (e.g., MS Office) and learning ERPs/quality systems used on‑site.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, process improvement, or laboratory testing roles.
  • Hands‑on experience with PLEX, SharePoint, or other ERP/quality/document management systems.
  • Experience designing and running DOEs, performing statistical analysis, and conducting root cause analyses.
  • Proven experience writing/updating SOPs, conducting training, and executing change management.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment techniques, calibration program oversight, and 6S/continuous‑improvement methodologies.
