Job summary

Boeehringer Ingelheim seeks an SR Specialist, Business Process Excellence and TPM to lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives in a regulated production environment. You will guide cross-functional teams, develop value streams, and drive continuous improvements aligned with site strategy to deliver tangible cost savings and quality gains.

The role requires strong communication, training, project leadership, and expertise in DMAIC/DFSS, Kaizen events, KPIs, and TPM.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or Engineering Management from an accredited institution.
• Two years of experience in Lean Six Sigma in a regulated manufacturing environment (cGMP).
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with DMAIC Problem Solving Methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develops and updates Value Stream Mapping to identify improvement opportunities and deliver value to customers.
• Drives cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production system effectiveness.
• Develops and monitors KPIs, analyses performance, and leads visual management across areas.
• Delivers Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC, DFSS, PDCA, Kaizen approaches.
• Develops and delivers training and coaching in Lean Six Sigma and processes.
