Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Bloomington, Indiana, seeks a Technician III, Engineering Process, to provide direct technical support to operations, focusing on equipment operation, set-up, changeover, and troubleshooting in a GMP environment.

You will train and assess equipment operation, collaborate with multiple functions, work 6 PM–6:30 AM on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule (Shift B), and contribute to maintaining safe, quality-driven manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree in maintenance related field preferred.
• Advanced electrical and mechanical skills and education; proficient in at least one trade.
• Ability to read and understand English-written job instructions and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical support to operations related to equipment.
• Collaborate with multiple functions to ensure equipment and production systems operate safely and quality-orientated.
• Train and assess equipment operation, set-up, changeover, and troubleshooting.
• Create and revise GMP documentation related to equipment activities.
• Support or own work orders and preventative maintenance.
