ARMI is seeking an AC Foreman for Process Equipment & Installation in the Fayetteville area. The role supervises a small crew on construction sites, manages daily scheduling, and ensures safety and quality from planning through completion.

You will liaise with trades, subcontractors, and the Project Manager to deliver projects efficiently. The Foreman will be responsible for mentoring tradespeople, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement on-site.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to lead a small crew and coordinate teams on site.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience planning daily schedules and resource allocation.
• Ability to communicate with trades, subcontractors, and project managers.
