You will sync with floor teams, respond to issues with quick follow-ups, and document changes and improvements to support ongoing production momentum.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing/production support experience (engineering or technician capacity).
• Working knowledge of process improvement and quality fundamentals.
• Clear communication and a collaborative, shop-floor mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support production on process improvements and standard work.
• Help create a workplace where coworkers have the tools, training, and leadership to succeed.
• Drive waste elimination and workflow stability across builds.
• Monitor process performance and help ensure quality output through teamwork.
