We're hiring a Process Engineering Technician to be the engineering presence on our floor over the weekend. You'll be the person operations comes to when something isn't running right- troubleshooting, running trials, designing tooling in SolidWorks, and pushing improvements that stick.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You're not shadowing an engineer waiting for direction. You're the one making the call and following through.
Time should be split between the floor and the office or meeting rooms ranging anywhere from 25% to 75% on the production floor or engineering labs. While working on the floor there will be work with and around moving machinery, fumes and chemicals. Office work requires sitting at a desk, using a computer and phone.
The compensation range for this position is $49,131 – $73,956. Final offers may vary based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The posted range represents the expected earning potential for this position within the current organizational budget and market conditions.
