GEOTEK in Stewartville, MN is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to improve production processes on the factory floor, troubleshoot issues, and implement automation and capital improvements in a continuous manufacturing environment.
You will work on-site, split time between office and plant, lead process improvements, support PLC/controls, develop standard work, conduct trials, and train teams. The role offers competitive pay and benefits including 401(k) match and profit sharing.

At GEOTEK, you’ll work directly on the production floor to troubleshoot issues, improve efficiency, and help implement automation and capital improvements in a continuous manufacturing environment. This is a visible role with direct impact on throughput, cost, and quality.

50/50 split between office and plant work environment.
The compensation range for this position is $75,542 - $113,312. Final offers may vary based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The posted range represents the expected earning potential for this position within the current organizational budget and market conditions.
